7: Recipes

So after I scoured the interwebs for recipes that were 7 friends, coming up very short I might add, I decided to record some of my recipes here. Some of them are just the items put together in a normal way and some are actual dinner recipes. But who knows, maybe you are doing 7 and you can't think of anything, so even the simple stuff could help.

Simples:

Scrambled Egg Sandwich
Sauteed Chicken, Spinach, and Avocado Sandwich
Eggs over easy then use your toast to mop up the broken yolk, mmmmm
Chicken Soft Tacos (wheat tortilla and all the stuff on top of the chicken)
Omelet
Baked Apples

More complicated:

Breaded chicken (toast whole wheat bread and crumble it in the food processor really fine, then put the chicken in egg and dip it in the bread crumbs - Bake at 325 7 min per side at least)

Chicken Tortilla soup (6 cups of chicken broth, add 3 shredded cooked chicken breasts, cracked pepper, and 3 handfuls of spinach, bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes. Put 1 boiled egg and 1/4 avocado in your bowl all chopped up. When simmer is done, add chopped up pieces of 1 tortilla to the simmer and stir. Serve over avocado/egg mix.)

Stuffed Chicken (Pound the chicken breasts out thinner, grate apples in the food processor and put them and spinach on the chicken. Roll the chicken around the apple/spinach mix and skewer it. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, if you want some more browning put them under the broiler at 500 for a few minutes)

Chicken Wings (REALLY thaw them, coat them in olive oil, salt, and pepper than cook for an hour at 375 - delicious. Also, if you're family isn't doing 7, it is easy to customize each person's wings to suit their needs)
